The Lady Bird
Johnson Demonstration Garden was begun in 1998 and features
native shrubs, herbaceous perennials and trees. There are two meadows
as well.
The Stone Cottage
Garden installation is nearly completed. It has four native
demonstration areas: “Fall and Winter Interest”, “Foundation
Plantings”, Groundcovers for Sun/Lawn Substitutes” and
“Plants for Bees, Birds and Butterflies”.
